Business Subscribers Payment Plans

The Web User acknowledge the Payments (herein “Payments”) payable to That Is Cool (UK) are indicated by Us upon Agreement as they become due. This is in relation to any monthly or annual subscription service(s) or payment plan on renewal. You can choose whether or not to put the Subscription to Us as a renewal charge. Payments include all related taxes (hereinafter “Taxes”).

All Payments are included in these Terms so That Is Cool is not responsible there of. We can only refund the Subscriber 14 days after renewal date. TIC has the right to change Payment or Subscription Prices at any time. We reserve the right to change the Payment Terms upon two weeks (14 days) prior without written notice to You. Services can be cancelled by You at anytime before the new Subscription or Payment date.


Customer Subscribers Payment Plans, Return and Refund

(see “Disputes” section in 5. “Complaints” In our Terms and Conditions). You have the right to cancel Your online order until 14 days after point of sale. You also have the right to a full refund within 14 days if the goods are faulty. Faulty goods must have proof of receipt with our invoice and must be returned to That Is Cool. We can only offer refunds on unwrapped damaged goods, items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached; or if the order arrived damaged but the Customer doesn’t want a replacement. Clear photographs must be taken of the damaged and faulty items.

You need to open a product ticket 3 days after purchase and easy 30 day returns from the delivery date on all items, and items must be returned together with original proof of purchase.

For bad quality of workmaship, please send TIC photos.

You have the right to free repairs or replacement. Send the goods back to Us with a Proof Of Purchase Certificate and Buyer Information. We are unable to compensate for defective Third Party Goods and Services.

Customers must pay Taxes stated and hereafter imposed by law provided by the Agreement for any business activity or financial exchange.

Shipping And Delivery

We outsource shipping suppliers and 3PL companies. We aim to deliver products within a four week time frame, inclusive of Tax by Our select Partners. You will be supplied a shipping notice for the estimated time of delivery and invoice for your purchased items. It can take up to two months for a delivery over holiday periods, please let Us know if Your item hasn’t arrived.


Customer is responsible for any customs/duties fees incurred.

Processing Time

Force Majeure

No Party shall be liable to the other if performance of any of its obligations is prevented, hindered, or delayed by the occurrence of circumstances beyond its control. Circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, any act of God, act of any Government or other statutory undertaking, industrial dispute beyond the area of control of such Party. We is not responsible or under no control of anything that constitute a force majeure event, i.e., are beyond the control of the Party invoking it. Force Majeure events include non responsibility as a result of the failure of such Party to perform any of its obligations under the Agreement.

Following the occurrence of any such event the Party thereby affected shall notify the other Party in due time of such occurrence and such Party shall use its reasonable endeavours to overcome or to minimize the adverse effects thereof.

Performance of the affected and related obligations shall be postponed for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. If as a result of force majeure a Party is rendered definitely unable to perform, or if the period of force majeure has lasted longer than three months or as soon as it is reasonably clear that it will last longer than three months, the other Party may, with immediate effect, terminate the Agreement in writing.
